Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Candidates should be completed in Chartered Accountant in 15 to 20 years of relevant work experience out of which minimum 10 years in supervisory role.
Assistant General Manager – Audit & Compliance: Chartered Accountant with relevant 10 yrs. of working experience in Banking or Financial Sector.
Assistant General Manager – Credit: Graduate in any faculty having minimum 20 to 25 yrs. relevant work experience in credit
Assistant General Manager – Human Resources: UG/PG Degree in HR with around 15 to 20 years of relevant HR experience and presently holding supervisory position.
Chief Manager – Legal: Graduate in any faculty with LLB/LLM. CAIIB with 4-5 years experience.
Manager – Risk Management: Graduate in any faculty with Professional qualification such as CA/MBA Finance etc. Certification in Risk Management with 5 yrs relevant work experience.
Branch Manager: Graduate in any faculty with 8 to 10 years Experience.
Assistant Manager: e CA Fresher or Graduate in any faculty with 7 years of banking experience.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Maximum 50 years
Assistant General Manager – Audit & Compliance: 40 years and above
Assistant General Manager – Credit: 40 years and above
Assistant General Manager – Human Resources: Maximum 50 years
Chief Manager – Legal: Maximum 50 years
