Upper Division Clerk, Personal Assistant, Multiple

Job Location: New Delhi

Upper Division Clerk:

Qualification Details: 

1. Qualification: Having Graduate degree in any stream from recognized University OR equivalent

2. Desirable: Preference will be given to those persons persons hav ing experience in English/Hindi shorthand.

3. Deputation (including short term contract) Officer under the Central Government/ State/ Government/ UT/’ PSUs/ Autonomous/ Semi- Government/ Statutory Organisations etc. (i)Having a Matriculation from recognized institute or Board AND (ii) Holding analogous post on regular basis OR holding post in Level 2 of the 7 CPC Pay Matrix or in the pay band Rs. 5200 –  20200/- + GP Rs. 1900/- (6th CPC) with at least 8 year regular service. Persons possessing fair knowledge of service rules and regulations Applicable in Central Govt. and having experience on cash and accounts and computer operating would be given preference.

Age: Upto 45 years

Personal Assistant:

Qualification Details: 

(i) Having Graduate degree in any Stream from recognized University OR equivalent,

(ii) having speed of 100 vwrds per minute in shorthand;

(iii) Deputation (including short term contract) Officer under the Central Government/ State/ Government/ UT/ PSUs/ Autonomous/ Semi- Government/ Statutory Organisations etc. (i)Having a Graduate from recognized University or equivalent having a speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand; AND (ii) Holding analogous post on reitllar basis OR holding post in Level 5 of the 7 CPC Pay Matrix or in the pay band Rs. 5200 – 20200/- + GP Rs. 2800/- (6th CPC) with at least 6 year regular service OR Holding post in Level 4 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix or in the pay band Rs. 5200 – 20200/- + GP Rs. 2400/- (6th CPC) with 10 years regular service in the grade.

Age: Upto 45 years

Section Officer:

Qualification Details: 

1. Having Graduate degree in any stream from recognized University OR equivalent,
