Junior Engineer –

Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited intends to appoint qualified and experienced professionals for the following posts on Contract / Deputation basis:

1. Jr. Engineer- II (MEP)-Elec & Mech 03

2. Qua : Full time Degree/ Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from recognized and reputed university.

3. Experience Mandatory : Supervisor working in Central /State Govt. / PSU’s / CPSU’s / Autonomous Bodies in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/- of CDA pay scale or  Total 08 years of post-qualification experience with minimum of 05 years in Rs. 34,020 – 64,310/-, W5 Grade in IDA pay scale in “desirable” domain for the post; or  Candidate from Private sector should have minimum 08 years of postqualification work experience with atleast 05 years in desirable domain with minimum CTC of Rs. 6.5 Lakhs.

4. Exp Desirable : Supervisor working in Central /State Govt. / PSU’s / CPSU’s / Autonomous Bodies in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/- of CDA pay scale or  Total 08 years of post-qualification experience with minimum of 05 years in Rs. 34,020 – 64,310/-, W5 Grade in IDA pay scale in “desirable” domain for the post; or  Candidate from Private sector should have minimum 08 years of postqualification work experience with atleast 05 years in desirable domain with minimum CTC of Rs. 6.5 Lakhs.

5. Scale of Pay : Grade (W6) Rs. 35,280 – 67,920/- (IDA Pay scale)

Age: Maximum 35 years (Age is relaxable for deserving/ internal /deputation candidates)

Deputy Engineer –

1. Dy. Engineer- I (MEP)- Elec & Mech

a. Scale of Pay : Grade (E3) Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/- (IDA Pay scale)

b. Qua : Full time Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from recognized and reputed university.

c. Exp Mandatory : Officer currently working in Jr. Scale with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- with minimum 03 years’ experience in “desirable” domain for the post; or  Sr. Supervisor having total minimum 08 years of service in supervisory grade, with 05 years’ experience in desirable domain in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4,800/- in CDA pay scale or in Rs. 46,620 – 89,720/- in IDA pay scale  Total minimum 08 years of postqualification experince in reputed Private sector in Executive grade with 05 years’ experience in “desirable” domain for the post with minimum current CTC of Rs. 9.5 Lacs.

d. Exp Desirable : Candidate should have experience of MEP & Maintenance activities in township & multi-storey buildings.  Experience of working in BMS and MEP division Candidate should be conversant with international Fire & Electrical Safety issues in maintenance practices in large scale infrastructure projects.  Adequate experience in planning, designing, supplying, testing, installation & commissioning of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering works for Projects in Urban & Suburban environment including consultancy works related to Urban Rail projects. Candidates with experience of working of modern Urban Rail systems / Infrastructure projects will be preferred. Candidate should be conversant with work related to Lifts, Firefighting works, Electrical Installations including Plumbing and Water supply and STP.

2. Dy. Engineer (Civil)

a. Scale of Pay :Grade (E2) Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- (IDA Pay scale)

b. Qua : Full time Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized and reputed university

c. Exp Mandatory : Sr. Supervisor having total minimum 04 years of service with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,600/- or  Officer currently working in Jr. Scale with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- with minimum 02 years’ experience in “desirable” domain for the post; or  Total minimum 04 years of experience in Supervisory grade of Rs. 46,620 – 89,720/- in IDA pay scale with minimum 02 years post qualification experience in “desirable” domain for the post; or  Total minimum 04 years of postqualification experience in Executive grade in Government entities in “desirable” domain for the post; or  Total minimum 05 years of postqualification experience in reputed Private sector in Executive grade in “desirable” domain for the post with minimum CTC of Rs. 08 Lacs.

d. Exp Desirable : Experience of working on projects of tunnelling/ underground stations of urban railways/ other major underground works/ viaduct and bridges/ ballast-less track works.  Candidate should be conversant with international competitive bidding, computerized environment working etc.  Adequate experience in planning, designing, construction, integration and commissioning of civil engineering works for underground/ elevated metro/rail projects in urban & suburban environment including consultancy works related to urban rail projects. Candidates with experience of working of modern urban rail system will be preferred.
